Lately...
We are super, extra, mind-bogglingly busy, but still, these things:
We found loads, and after a delish (to quote Jamie Oliver, my culinary hero) mushroom risotto at Pavel's house, we went home and concocted a very lovely wild mushroom soup, and froze what currently seems like a year's supply for future use. I now know of four different varieties of mushroom that can be picked up in the forest and eaten. Soon, I will be Czech.
And also, at the end of August, we had a lovely trip to Somerset, in the Southern part of England to visit Jack's family, and photos of that can be seen here. It was the best holiday I've had in forever; so relaxing and so lovely in every respect. Jack's family: thumbs up.
Re: the last entry, we have no more bugs in our flat, but on the downside, I have a really horrible sinus condition at the moment.
