Great pictures but are you sure you were celebrating the new year and not halloween! You look a bit like wizards to me, and whats going on with Jake's hair? It looks like you're all having fun anyway.

love janexxx

Now THAT looks like a "Happy New Year!

Ian

Jake looks a little like a red headed Jimi Hendrix.

you white people sure are wacky.

yeah, detroit ROCKS! ...uh, dude, where can i buy the album?...

i didn't know Jake hangs out with Oswald..

Who's Oswald?

Jake is the future king of Rock N Roll. You've got a live one there, Tara.

Well you know tara I could always send that photo to our new family friend John Taylor!

John's got NUTHIN' on Jake!

Really? (swoon)... I wouldn't be surprised if John Taylor started out rocking in the kitchen, too (singing into a ladel or rather, playing an invisible bass or better yet, a mop).

To clear up any confusion: there are two Jane's here... there's Crazy Jane, the insane author of this blog and there's Cousin Jane, cousin to Tara and Jake. Not that anyone would ever confuse the two, but you never know. If it ever happened, it would be COMPLETE CHAOS.

ROCK 'N' ROLL KITCHEN

Hey big mamma tell me what's a cooking
I'm getting hungry and you're good looking
C'mon down to the kitchen with me
I'm gonna tell you what you're gonna see
Oh baby

Rock 'n' roll kitchen
Jammed packed filled to the brim
Rock 'n' roll kitchen
It's your grooviest room

Move those dishes out of the way
Make some room so we can play
The kitchen is the place where party people go
Yeah baby you oughta know

Rattle those pans and rattle those pots
I tell you baby it's gonna get hot
Listen to the sounds, man they're bitchin'
Let's get down in the rock 'n' roll kitchen
